SI 9419

The liquid level controller module type SI 9419 is a compact electronic unit for controlling liquid levels in tanks, connected with a suitable electrode such as the SI9401, and a pump or magnetic valve. The unit is mounted in a compact plastic housing with a integrated 11-pin connector for DIN-rail mounting. The level detection is based on conductivity measurement.

The SI 9419 may be used with 2, 3 or 4 electrode sensors at the users choice. The module has inputs for four electrodes, of which one is used for reference. Two other inputs are used for detecting minimum and maximum levels and the fourth input may be used to detect either over- or underflow.

The SI 9419 has 2 relay outputs. One is ment for controlling a pump or a magnetic valve to maintain the liquid level in the tank between the min. and max. levels. The other relay may be used for a external alarm, indicating over- or underflow, selectable by a jumper inside the unit. This selection may be preset from factory, on order.

For level controller module SI 9419 the measuring probe SI 9401 is recommended.
